Seattle Helpdesk wants to support our clients in supporting themselves through some quite basic practices. Very simple and easy to learn methods that can save you money, time, headache and worry.

In supporting you it is our goal to create an environment where you only call for support in those instances you are unable to support yourself. The longer your relationship with Seattle Helpdesk Inc. the fewer times you will need to call for support, because in each instance new lessons are learned. Another confidence level is achieved. We don't want to create dependence on us for support. We want to create a new independence and confidence, where you begin to support yourself.
